Premium is an extended membership at VOIPlay Arena that gives you access to an additional set of great services and features that regular members dont have access to. The memberhsip has a low monthly fee that is easy to pay via your mobile phone.

How do I order Premium?
To order Premium is very simple, and takes less than a minute. Go to the order page and follow the instructions.
What does Premium cost?
The cost is per week.
How does the Premium subscription work?
When you order Premium you get an SMS that confirms that you have been charged with the cost of 30 days membership. When that month has expired you receive a new SMS that extends your membership for another 30 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Go to Settings in your Player profile, klick on the tab Premium. There you find a list of your active memberships. Click on Cancel on your membership to cancel the subscription.
I sent an SMS but nothing happens?
Check that you have written the text, given to you at the payment page, correctly. The message always starts with the word ARENA and an empty space followed by a digit or letter combination. If you have written the message correctly and it still doesnt work, contact the Arena support.
Does it work with prepaid mobile cards?
Yes, as long as there is enough money on the card.
What happens if I dont have enough money on my card?
If the balance on your card is lower than the Premium fee when it is time to extend the membership you will be notified and your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
How long is the subscription binding period?
The Premium subscription does not have any binding period.
What happens when the subscription ends?
If your subscription is terminated in one way or the other, for example if you chooce to cancel it, you return to being a regular member at the Arena. You may thereafter engage in a new Premium subscription at any time..
Will there be more alternative ways of payment?
At the moment no additional ways of payment are planned, but if there is a demand for more alternatives we will off course look into more options.
